Frequent questions

Manage or cancel my subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Luna.
Get my subscription back: in the app, Settings → "Restore purchases".
Find my account on a new iPhone: turn on Sign in with Apple in the app's Settings, then sign in with Apple on the new iPhone.
Record my voice again: Profile → My voice → "Redo".
Delete my voice: Profile → My voice → "Delete my voice twin".
Delete my account: Settings → "Delete my account and voice". Everything is erased.
Ask for a refund: purchases go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
