In short

Who is responsible for your data

Luna: Manifest Your Ideal Self is published by Clement Noel, an independent developer based in France, who is the controller of your data. Any question: lunamanifestapp@gmail.com.

What Luna uses, and why

Some of what you write may touch on your health or private life: you choose what you write. This data is only used to answer you, with the consent you give at the start of the app; you can withdraw it anytime by deleting your account.

Who else receives it

Only the providers Luna needs to work, each for its own part:

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, everything is erased from our server immediately, and your voice twin is deleted at ElevenLabs. Your purchase history stays with Apple and RevenueCat, which must keep it for billing.

Deleting your data

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to lunamanifestapp@gmail.com. If you feel your rights are not respected, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or your local authority.

Age

Luna is meant for people aged 13 and over. Where the law requires it, a parent's consent is needed below the local age of digital consent.

Security

Each account is isolated and only opens with a secret key kept on your iPhone; exchanges with the server are encrypted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
